How do you use dried fruit as a garnish?

Dried fruit is increasingly used in cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks. Not only to add extra flavor, but also to create more atmosphere and visual appeal. Where fresh citrus quickly loses its shape, dried fruit stays beautiful longer and retains its color and structure. This makes it ideal as a garnish in bars, restaurants, and for home use. Orange pairs perfectly with warm cocktails like a Negroni or Aperol Spritz, while lemon and lime are often used in refreshing gin tonics or rum cocktails. Besides cocktails, dried fruit is also used for desserts, appetizer boards, and table decorations. At Atelier Botanica, every piece of fruit is hand-cut and slowly dried in our workshop in Belgium, so that color and quality are preserved as much as possible.
