Atelier Botanica Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Atelier Botanica strives for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Because our products are food items, specific rules apply to returns.
In accordance with European consumer law, food items and other perishable goods cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery or if the product cannot be resold for hygiene or health reasons.

Non-returnable products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened packages of dried fruit
  • Opened packages of botanicals, herbs, and spices
  • Products with a broken seal
  • Products that were custom-made or composed according to specific customer requirements

Damaged or incorrectly delivered products

Did you receive a damaged product or an incorrect delivery? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the problem
  • A few photos of the damaged or incorrectly delivered product

After assessment, we will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or voucher.

Canceling an order

An order can only be canceled as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@atelierbotanica.eu.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back via the same payment method used for the original order. Processing time is usually 5 to 10 business days.
