Article 1 \u2013 Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Supplementary agreement:<\/strong> an agreement whereby the consumer acquires products\/services related to a previous distance agreement, and which are delivered by E-Trading or a third party designated by E-Trading.<\/li>\n\n
  2. Withdrawal period:<\/strong> the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n\n
  3. Consumer:<\/strong> any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or professional activity.<\/li>\n\n
  4. Day:<\/strong> calendar day.<\/li>\n\n
  5. Digital content:<\/strong> data produced and delivered digitally.<\/li>\n\n
  6. Continuing performance transaction \/ agreement:<\/strong> an agreement that provides for the repeated delivery of goods or services during a specific or indefinite period.<\/li>\n\n
  7. Durable medium:<\/strong> any medium (including email) that allows information to be consulted unchanged at a later time.<\/li>\n\n
  8. Right of withdrawal:<\/strong> the consumer’s right to cancel the distance agreement within the withdrawal period.<\/li>\n\n
  9. Entrepreneur:<\/strong> E-Trading, as described in Article 2.<\/li>\n\n
  10. Distance agreement:<\/strong> an agreement concluded via the webshop, without the physical presence of the entrepreneur and consumer, using electronic means of communication.<\/li>\n\n
  11. Model withdrawal form:<\/strong> the European model form included as Annex I.<\/li>\n\n
  12. Distance communication:<\/strong> any means by which an agreement can be concluded without simultaneous physical presence (e.g., webshop, email, telephone).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Article 2 \u2013 Identity of the entrepreneur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    Article 3 \u2013 Applicability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    1. These terms and conditions apply to every offer from E-Trading and to every purchase via the webshop.<\/li>\n\n
    2. The terms and conditions are made available before the order is finalized.<\/li>\n\n
    3. When an agreement is concluded electronically, the consumer can easily save or print these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n
    4. If special conditions also apply in addition to these terms (e.g., for promotions), the consumer is always entitled to the provision that is most favorable to them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Article 4 \u2013 The offer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      1. Temporary offers or specific conditions are clearly stated.<\/li>\n\n
      2. E-Trading describes products as accurately as possible. Photos and descriptions are illustrative; small natural variations are possible. <\/li>\n\n
      3. Obvious errors in the offer (e.g., typos) do not bind E-Trading.<\/li>\n\n
      4. The offer contains sufficient information so that the consumer knows their rights and obligations before purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Article 5 \u2013 Conclusion of the agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        1. The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer accepts the offer and completes the ordering process.<\/li>\n\n
        2. After ordering, the consumer receives a confirmation by email.<\/li>\n\n
        3. E-Trading takes appropriate security measures for online transactions.<\/li>\n\n
        4. E-Trading may refuse an order or impose additional conditions if there are valid reasons (e.g., suspicion of abuse or non-payment).<\/li>\n\n
        5. Upon delivery, the consumer receives at least:\n
