Atelier Botanica was born from a shared interest between father and daughter. While one is particularly strong in entrepreneurship and the practical development of ideas, the other brings a creative eye for design, presentation, and experience. What started as experimenting with drying fruit in our own kitchen at home gradually grew into a brand centered around dried fruit and botanicals. Together, we searched for the right fruit varieties, slicing methods, and drying times to achieve a result that not only tastes good but also looks beautiful in use. All the fruit we sell today is still hand-cut by us and slowly dried in Belgium. This personal and artisanal way of working still forms the foundation of Atelier Botanica today.
